Garden Maintenance & Tree Management, Ferndown

We have used Benita’s Garden Services for two years now to regularly look after and manage the upkeep of our garden, consisting of mainly lawn, hedging, shrubbery and trees.

I have found Benita and her team to be very efficient and professional in their work, and conducted in a friendly manner.

Particular support was needed during the recent spate of storms and high winds which required tree management and clearance of branches, they consistently work with enthusiasm and dedication and I am happy to recommend them.

Brian Riches' Ringwood garden.

Garden Renovation, Ringwood

Benita took on a neglected garden, with beds covered in weeds or weed control material, and two lawns needing a lot of restoring. What a transformation! Six existing raised beds have been turned into low maintenance creations containing a wonderful variety of plants to give a wonderful display year round. Her knowledge is considerable and layout planning, a real talent. Benita and her gardening assistant are extremely hard working and keen to satisfy their customer requirements. My wife and I are delighted with the results and looking forward to seeing the effects as the plants really establish themselves.

We have no hesitation in recommending Benita’s Garden Services.

David Burt's St Leonard's garden, transformed by Benita's Garden & Landscaping Services.

Garden Restoration & Lawn Care, St Leonard’s

My garden was in need of some TLC as a result of having been let down by my previous gardener. I always like to employ locally based businesses and as a result of a trawl of local garden service enterprises, invited Benita Middleton to look over my garden and come with a cost-effective plan for rejuvenating both my garden and lawns. She did just that and has done a fantastic job – I am extremely pleased with the results so far, but of course, am awaiting the arrival of Spring to see if all her very hard work has been successful!!

New Hedge, Blandford

An old hedge between two neighbouring drives had been removed leaving a long strip of stony ground. I hadn’t a clue what to do with it so got in touch with Benita’s Garden Services to ask for help.

I wanted something low maintenance and to avoid replacing the old hedge with a new one. Benita suggested a mixture of evergreens and ground cover plants to add different heights, textures and colour variation.

I’m really pleased with how it’s turned out, Benita’s choice of plants work together beautifully.

I would definitely recommend her.

New Rockery, Ashley Heath

The rockery, originally created nearly 40 years ago with shrubs, had become a bit of an eye sore, and needed complete restoration and replanting. I got in touch with Benita’s garden landscaping services who suggested that it would be a good idea to remove the existing shrubs, and replant with a mix of new shrubs, alpines, succulents, perennials and bulbs set on gravel which would bring colour, and new interest to the rockery. A year on and the rockery is looking very colourful indeed. I am very pleased at the results, and would have no hesitation in recommending Benita’s garden landscaping services.

Garden Renovation & Landscaping, Ferndown

Initially I contacted Benita’s garden services in the autumn last year as I was interested in getting my garden tidied before we moved to our present house.

Both my husband and I were pleased with the work that was carried out and so contacted Benita again for further help and ideas for our new garden.

Between us we decided that the clearing of a huge rhododendron, willow tree, and scrappy hedge was the way forward, creating an open space, and letting more light into the garden. These areas have now been planned and replanted with a mix of shrubs and perennials, and we are very pleased with the creative design and choice of plants.

Thank you for all your hard work and ideas Benita, we really appreciate what you have done.

Old English Cottage Garden Planning & Planting, Parkstone

I asked Benita to help me create an old English cottage garden. I am now enjoying a beautiful thriving sunny border of old favourites . Benita’s love, knowledge and respect of the landscape and nature shone throughout the project and she involved me in all steps of the process. I would highly recommend Benita’s garden services.

Garden Maintenance, Ferndown

We had a general idea of how our front garden should look in two or three years, but no experience of how to achieve it. Benita was very quick in picking up what our long term aim for the garden appearance was to be, and agreed that our low maintenance preference could be achieved with new planting, and the retention of established shrubs. Her interpretation was spot on, and with regular conversations with us about choices of plants/shrubs for colour/texture and flowering, and the suggested positioning of them, she has achieved a delightful looking garden that we are confident will quickly mature into a pleasing and manageable space. We have no hesitations in recommending Benita’s Garden Services.
